Meeting Room
Details and Guidelines:
Do you need a space for your group to meet? Whether it's a study group, office meeting or small class event we have a space that can be reserved.
At Segue East, in order to reserve the back room during business hours (7am-7pm) a group must have more than 15 people. The room comfortably seats 20 people. The meeting room may be reserved for free during these hours, as long as the allotted time is at or less than two hours. If possible, please reserve the room two days in advance.
We do ask that people reserving the room support the free use of the room by purchasing drinks and/or food items. This helps to cover the cost of closing the room off to regular customers. We don't allow any outside food or beverages in Segue.
We can reserve tables in the back for smaller groups, but we cannot shut off the room.
If you are planning an event after our hours of operation, Segue can be reserved for $50 per hour. This amount covers rental of the space and one barista. If an additional barista is needed, the cost per barista would be $15 per hour. These reservations need to be placed at least two weeks in advance so that we have time to plan and schedule a barista to work the event.
